CHIEF – CHAPLAIN ALISA PENA DIMORA

chaplain alisaChief Chaplain Alisa Pena Dimora became a follower of Jesus Christ in her late 20’s. Early on in her

ministry, she taught Sunday school and served on many urban and suburban ministries in the Rochester area.   Chaplain Pena Dimora became a Chaplain with Flower City Chaplain Corps. in 2015 and accepted the role of Chief/President Chaplain in 2017. Chaplain Pena Dimora has earned a BA in Business from the Christopher Newport University.
Chief Chaplain Pena Dimora is a wife, a mother of two beautiful children, a Business Owner, an AFAA Personal Trainer, a Yoga Instructor, and a Chaplain.  Serving God gives her purpose and serving people is her passion.   Chaplain Pena Dimora is a member of Grace Road Church.

Chaplain Donald Stevens holds and bachelor’s degree in Christian Ministry and an honorary Doctor of Divinity.  Chaplain Stevens is also a certified public safety chaplain credentialed through the Homeland Crisis Institute (Division of Chaplain Fellowship Ministries).

In addition to serving as chair of Chaplaincy for the Greece Police Department, Chaplain Stevens is a member of the Rochester Police Department’s clergy response team, and serves as Pastor at the Pentecostal Memorial Baptist Church in Rochester.

Chaplain Stevens is currently employed as a territory Rep. for V.P. Supply in Rochester.  He is married with three children and serves as Master Chaplain at FCCC.

 

COMMUNICATIONS DIRECTOR – CHAPLAIN PROVIDENCE CROWDER

Chaplain Providence Crowder serves as the Communications Director  of FCCC and loves to serve God through serving people.  She has two beautiful children and 19 years experience of providing counsel, leadership, and sound administrative decision-making in the public service arena.

Chaplain Crowder has earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Management with a concentration in Public Safety Administration from Roberts Wesleyan College and a Master’s in Theology from Northeastern Seminary.

Chaplain Crowder volunteers with other organizations whose mission is to educate people about the importance of fiscal responsibility and adhering to biblical values.  Chaplain Crowder is co-founder of the Flower City Chaplain Corps. and is a member of First Bible Baptist Church in Hilton, NY.

Mission
The Chaplain Corps exist to promote the safety and stability of the community by providing pastoral care to first responders and their families, and bridging the gap between police and the community they serve.  The ultimate objective is to be a witness for Jesus Christ.
Company Overview
The Flower City Chaplain Corps recruits and trains the best chaplains in the business; Christians who will minister under the most distressing conditions. We offer on-site counseling and referrals. We work closely with investigators and will accompany witnesses (at their request) when willing to cooperate with authorities. This promotes peace and safety within the community.

General Information
The Flower City Chaplain Corps was founded by Tommy Davis, a veteran chaplain, and Providence Crowder, a public safety supervisor, to fulfill the need of pastoral care as a result of crises within the overall community.  The Flower City Chaplain Corps was incorporated in the State of New York on February 24, 2012.
